⸻ The seven of us traveled through Guadeloupe and Dominica last summer. It was a fantastic experience! Two beautiful islands, beautifully organized from start to finish. Everything was perfectly taken care of: the tickets, the transfers, the hotels. Even in the lead-up to the trip, nothing was too much trouble. Small adjustments were made with great patience and care whenever necessary. When the ferry between the islands was cancelled due to bad weather, everything was resolved very quickly: an extra hotel night and new ferry tickets were arranged immediately, and we even received a refund for that night's stay. In short: a fantastic trip, expertly put together and excellently guided. Bay Travel is highly recommended!

Mattijs and Niek from Bay Travel booked an unforgettable vacation for us to Aruba, Curaçao, and Bonaire. All the hotels were of excellent quality and in beautiful locations. In Aruba, the hotel was practically on the beach. A local road ran through it, but breakfast and the restaurant were on the beach. Dinner was served at the high tide line. The hotel in Curaçao had its own private beach. You could walk almost straight from your room to the beach. With your snorkel on, you just had to stick your head under water and you were suddenly in an aquarium. Of course, we also snorkeled at other locations, but that wasn't necessary. Maybe just for the sea turtles. In Bonaire, we stayed at a boutique resort, in our own little "cabin." Very relaxed. We had fantastic snorkeling there too. Bay Travel has its own app where you can find everything about your trip. For example, you have to pay a fee for Bonaire. A few days before our departure to Bonaire, the app reminded us whether we had already paid this fee. The local representatives also provided clear contact information. When you book with Bay Travel, you can be sure everything will be taken care of. We'll definitely use Bay Travel again for any future trips to the Caribbean. And the icing on the cake was receiving a beautiful bouquet of flowers upon arrival. Niek and Mattijs, thank you.

We had a fantastic family trip to the British Virgin Islands and Sint Maarten through Bay Travel. Everything was perfectly organized. The first week we sailed on a luxury catamaran past beautiful bays and beaches, with fantastic snorkeling. An absolute highlight was the excellent chef on board—top quality every day, in the middle of the sea. After that, we spent four nights at the boutique hotel Karibuni on the French side of Sint Maarten. A wonderful location, where we had daily use of a private boat that took us to a beautiful, secluded beach. Bay Travel responded quickly, was very helpful, and took care of everything. A perfectly balanced trip that we won't soon forget.

We used Bay Travel for our Caribbean trip, and we don't regret it! On Mattijs's recommendation, we went to Dominica. Expectations were high, but they were more than met! It lives up to its nickname, Nature Island. What a beautiful island! The accommodations they selected for us were unique and each one is in a prime location. We're so glad we trusted Bay Travel's expertise! They listened carefully to our wishes, the process went smoothly, and communication was excellent. The app is also super handy. For our next trip to the Caribbean, we would definitely use Bay Travel again.

We asked Bay Travel to put together a trip for us, visiting the SSS islands. We started in St. Maarten, then moved on to Saba and St. Eustatius, and then spent the last few days on St. Martin, the French part of St. Maarten. We really enjoyed traveling with Bay Travel and would definitely recommend it. Before the trip, Niek helped us quickly and efficiently, and we really appreciated the personal contact and reliability. During the trip, we made extensive use of the Bay Travel app on our phone. It allowed us to find everything about our trip, accommodations, highlights, and travel times. It was very convenient, and great that it also works offline. For us, Saba and St. Martin (France) were the highlights of our trip. Saba was chosen for the unique experiences, such as the flight there, the unique island, and the beautiful hiking trails. St. Martin stood out because of the lovely hotel (Le Martin Boutique Hotel) and the varied scenery with hills, islands, bays, and beaches. We also really enjoyed the delicious restaurants and bars. Bay Travel organized an unforgettable, beautiful trip to Guadeloupe. What a fantastic place! The weather was wonderful, with occasional short tropical rain showers. We visited three locations on the island: Grand Terre, Basse Terre, and Les Saintes, all with their own beautiful scenery. We stayed at three completely different accommodations: a lodge with a fantastic outdoor bathroom, a treehouse, and a place with a pool and a stunning view. We used our rental car to explore beaches, waterfalls, snorkeling spots, and numerous hikes in the mountains and forests, among the reed beds, and along the coast with its beautiful beaches and cliffs. Everything was perfectly coordinated, including the ferry and time to get back to the airport. We also received an app with all the information/documentation, tips for beaches, restaurants, and activities. Bay Travel arranged everything perfectly.

What a fantastic trip we had to Martinique-St. Lucia and St. Vincent & the Grenadines, thanks to the organization by Niek & Mattijs! Bay Travel arranged everything down to the last detail from the very beginning. From brainstorming to execution, everything was top-notch! Wonderful boutique hotels in Martinique and a fantastic 8-day sailing trip around the islands in a Bali 4.8. We couldn't have wished for a better and more wonderful holiday for the eight of us, and we're sure our children and in-laws will feel the same way. We'll definitely be back!

We've rarely booked a holiday with a travel agency that so thoroughly understands service. And one with exceptional destination knowledge. Speaking of which: our destination was Guadeloupe. What an amazing destination! A truly diverse island with abundant nature, delicious food, and of course, fantastic weather. This island surprised us from start to finish. The photos speak for themselves, don't they? Bay Travel provided excellent assistance from start to finish. We particularly appreciated the special app that bundles all the information and documents, so you always have everything at your fingertips during your holiday. If we had any questions, we received quick answers, even in the lead-up process. And when you receive a lovely surprise upon your return, the picture is complete. Mattijs organized a wonderful trip to the ABC islands for us. The planning went smoothly - Mattijs asked the right questions, came with an initial itinerary and then changed it based on the feedback from us. In the end the itinerary and the chosen hotels matched our preferences perfectly. It was nice to go on a trip in which everything was taken care off, having the Bay Travel app to keep you up-to-date and getting quick answers on questions along the way. We are already thinking about our next Caribbean adventure with help from Bay Travel.

My husband and I had a great experience with the Bay Travel. We booked a 10 day trip to Guadeloupe and Bay Travel found wonderful and unique locations for us to stay. We never would have thought of going to an Eco Lodge by ourselves! Their app is very professional and helpful (and works offline) and they are very friendly and respond quickly via WhatsApp. We also were happy with the planning process. Initially we planned to stay in 3 locations but we changed our minds (to stay in 2) and they swiftly accommodated our request. It’s nice to go to places where everything is arranged for you and you don’t have to worry about it 😊 I highly recommend booking a trip with Bay Travel.
